Resonating body was born from an exploration of the deep, transformative power of sound.

A lifelong love of sound and music, meditation and movement led me on a path of discovery to understand how sound can act as a portal of transformation for body and mind. This in turn led me to undertake in-depth training as a sound therapist with some of the UK’s leading sound and gong practitioners.

Through the practice of deep listening we are able to cultivate a greater sense of self awareness, find connection to our bodies, to each other, and to all beings. Awareness through sound intertwines us with the natural rhythms of life and can help us to access and better understand our true selves. My aim is always to create an inclusive and safe space for people to access these sonic experiences.

I use a variety of instruments in my practice including paiste and chinese gongs, himalayan and crystal bowls, percussion, voice, drone instruments and electronic sounds including field recordings.

Nature is my biggest inspiration, and alongside sound I’m trained as a landscape architect, finding ways to bring ecology and nature into our busy lives and designing spaces for natural sounds to emerge organically. Both practices enrich each other, and I view sound, space and ecology as one experimental continuum that affects our inner and outer worlds.
