Sound Therapy for all bodies

A red-haired woman in a black dress leans her head and hands on a large gong with the number 24 on it, standing outdoors in a grassy area with trees and a sunset in the background.

Resonating Body sound therapy provides immersive and creative sonic experiences for wellbeing, connection and transformation.

Whether it’s a group sound bath, one to one session, wellbeing event or something more experimental; my aim is to facilitate a safe and inclusive space for you to experience the deep, transformative power of sound.

About me

What is sound therapy?

Sound therapy is a holistic practice that uses the natural vibration of soundwaves to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and deepen an inner sense of awareness.

In a sound bath, participants lie down comfortably whilst various instruments are played live, designed to guide the mind into a relaxed, meditative state. People often experience deep relaxation, a sense of calm, and sometimes emotional release. No special effort is required—just an open mind and a willingness to rest and receive.

Beneath the surface of this experience lies a rhythm guided by science. The resonance created by these instruments gently guides the brain from waking consciousness into subtler states of awareness. First comes the alpha state, where the mind begins to soften, opening to imagination and quiet reflection. As the vibrations deepen, they lead the mind further inward, into the theta state—a realm where dreams unfold and deep meditation begins.
